We ship using all domestic and international UPS options as our primary means, but also provide USPS Priority and USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. If you would like USPS Express Mail shipment please call and we will quote you pricing for that service and determine exact arrival time for your area as well as get you the best pricing.
FedEx is available for customers with FedEx accounts, but there may be additional handling time to process your order.
UPS orders are processed in one business day, USPS shipments may require up to 2 business days for processing.
Unless you instruct us otherwise and agree to all risks involved, insurance is added to all shipments.
If you have a UPS or FedEx account you would like us to use for your shipment you must call us to place your order. Once orders are placed online we cannot change or refund shipping costs to accommodate collect shipping requests.
You may pick up your order at our warehouse Mon-Fri. 8:00-5:00 Central Time. Please contact us to let us know when you would like your order to be available.
If you receive an order that is missing parts or you believe your shipment sustained damage, contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) so that we can correct the shortage or initiate a damage claim. Always retain the box and all packing materials in case it is needed to verify your claim.
