This stub shaft style column adapter is for use with all common Char Lynn, Sauer-Danfoss, and other aftermarket brand steering valves with 4 bolt square attachment on a 3.25″ bolt circle.

Description

15010 Steering Column 8″ length

This brand new column is perfect to attach to your steering control unit when doing full hydraulic conversions to your rock crawler or other machine. 15010 Steering Column has the following specs:

  • Input shaft end is nominal 3/4″ diameter shaft splines (.732″)
  • 36 splines on top with setscrew flat 
  • Overall height 10.2″ not including shaft extension from bottom into steering valve
  • Length from mounting tabs on base to top of outer tube jacket 7.76″
  • Length of shaft extension 1.785″ from end of threads to top of outer tube jacket
  • Base plate 3.27″ square, has bolt holes on 3.25″ bolt circle that will accept 3/8″ or Metric M10 bolts
  • Standard .800 O.D. 12 flat root splines for steering unit connection
  • No Horn Wiring
This is a longer version of our 11801 steering column

Upper splines are .732 OD with a milled flat for a set screw, and are compatible with many u-joints or flex couplings (see our compatible flex coupling, u-joint, or solid coupler).
